I am very satisfied with my laptop! It started struggling to get consistent 120fps, compared to the previous consistent 200+fps. After bringing it to Tech In A Tux it is back to running a consistent 220+fps and feels brand new. The service was amazing! He fixed my laptop in 15min and answered my questions and concerns. I felt like I could put 100% of my trust in leaving my laptop here. I will definitely comeback if I have any other problems.
Alejandro did an outstanding job transferring all the components from my old PC into a new case. The process was smooth, professional, and quicker than I expected. Alejandro is amazing! I know so little about PC’s and struggled by myself. A friend referred Alejandro and when I finally took him up on getting help, I was so glad that I did. Alejandro worked quickly efficiently in the small time frame I had available and, most important to me, took his time to explain the process without making me feel dumb for setting up my incorrectly. He got my PC running efficiently and optimized, I can’t believe how slow it was running for the past 3 years. I have already referred him to a couple other friends, he’s awesome!
