I ordered my wedding bouquet and the bouquets for my two bridesmaids from Ted and Debbies. I worked really closely with Shelia Williams throughout the process, and the end result was even better than what I could have hoped for. They were absolutely beautiful to see, they were perfect next to my dress, and the photos of them are stunning to look at. I would highly recommend Ted and Debbies for orders like this, as they did not disappoint and the whole process was efficient and enjoyable.
I ordered flowers a month in advance to be delivered on Valentine’s Day (today). They were delivered and are NOTHING like what I ordered!! I’ve added an image of what I ordered vs. what was delivered. I ordered a beautiful, full floral bouquet. What was delivered looks like a last minute grocery store grab!! I am so beyond disappointed. I had to call them 4 times before someone answered and she took my name and said she wouldn’t be able to help me. This place used to be great. — What happened?!
I ordered flowers from here to be delivered to my mom for Mother’s Day. I ordered them on 5/5/2024 to be delivered on 5/11/2024 (so a week notice). I tried calling the shop on the evening of 5/11/2024 prior to them closing due to not receiving the arrangement yet to check on it. No one answered and there was not an option to leave a voicemail. My mom was leaving town on 5/12/2024, which is why I needed them to be delivered on the 11th. On 5/12/2024, after she had already left town, the flowers were delivered. These two arrangements look nothing alike, and it was delivered a day late with no communication at all from the shop. I paid $100+ for this. I have tried calling again and sent an email as well, with no response. I’ve used Ted and Debbie’s in the past and have received great service, but I will not be using them again.
Ordered flowers for my Mom, Sister and another special Mom for Mother’s Day through Ted & Debbie’s… so glad I chose them! They gave timely, kind and generous service and made each floral arrangement so special and beautiful, just took each recipient’s breath away upon delivery! I’ve found my new florist in Tulsa! Thank you so much!! Will definitely order again!!
What a great place!! We buy flowers to plant every year. This year we decided to try a new place. We were pleasantly surprised to find this gem of a place in Tulsa. They had everything we wanted and then some. They have ALL THE COLORS! I am looking forward to seeing how they look planted in our flower beds. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff!
