Excellent customer service. They were communicative, on time, friendly and professional. Respected my time and home when they came out to service our TV. Highly recommend these guys.
Craig came out to fix our Samsung tv and is an amazing job. He was able to replace the needed part in a few minutes, he was pleasant and communicated well with me about what he was doing. Best service, so grateful for Craig coming out and fixing our tv.
I want to express my experience with Telco Electronics was beyond my expectations, since I have never heard of them. They were referred to me by Samsung. My television repair was covered by Samsung warranty.at no cost. From the first phone call to schedule an appointment to the very end of the repair, both Craig and David, your technicians, treated my visit with their utmost professionalism and knowledge, along with their kindness, and answers to my questions I had. Kudos to Rudy, your customer service representative, who contacted me to schedule my appointment was wonderful. I will definitely refer and recommend the service of Samsung Care to everyone. I am completely satisfied with your service. Thank you.
First of all, they gave me an ETA between 8 AM and 4 PM. I had to take work off to account for this significant amount of time. 4 PM comes around, they didn’t show, I call and they said it’s actually between 10 AM and 6 PM. The guy shows up at 6 PM. He tried to leave early and say the wiring in my house was faulty, that he can’t do anything until I fix the wiring in the house. I walked him to the breaker panel and showed him how to use it. It was the reason for my call to begin with, a dryer that kept tripping the breaker. He reluctantly stayed after I called him out on his lie, and tried to fix my dryer. After 1.5 hours, he says I quit, I was supposed to be home two hours ago, you are going to have to finish this job. He couldn’t even connect the vent hose successfully. Very frustrating, had to take an entire day off of work for someone that clearly does not want to be there, who isn’t a professional, and to show up hours late. Do not recommend.
My experience with Telco electronics has been excellent! After Samsung care determined that I would need a technician to look at my washing machine, Telco contacted me quickly. They were able to make an appointment for me within less than a week and the technician arrived with the part needed. David was courteous and kind coming into my home. He answered all my questions for me. Thank you David! Thank you for getting my washing machine up and going again so I can take care of my family.
