Just finished our cruise with Quinn, Immy, Mackenzie and Will. They were fantastic operators and made the time run smoothly and safely. And they are all very passionate, educated and have great communication skills. Apparently it was a bit of a quieter day when it came to the dolphin spotting, but every group had an opportunity to swim at the front of the boat and see them. When it was my turn, I was lucky enough to have three dolphins swimming underneath me for most of the time. And then afterwards a few of the dolphins came right up beside the boat for a little bit, which was great for our 3 year old to be able to see. Cherry on top of a great day was seeing some playful seals over by the rocks after everyone had a swim. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone. Such a special time to be able to be in the ocean with these beautiful creatures.
We had a fantastic experience on the Adelaide Twilight Cruise from Glenelg with Temptation Sailing. I booked the cruise for my partner, Jimmy, as he'd never been to Adelaide before, and it was truly the perfect, romantic introduction to the beautiful South Australian coastline. Captain Will and his crew are genuine, friendly, professional, and keen to ensure everyone has a memorable time aboard the large, comfortable catamaran. Will's kindness shone through when a sudden gust of wind blew my hat into the water. Before I could say a word, he smoothly spun the boat around, and a crew member quickly plucked it from the sea! It was a thoughtful, fuss-free act, and I appreciated that they saved my prized hat from becoming ocean garbage. Watching the sunset sink below the Gulf St Vincent horizon with my fiancé was magical - an incredibly romantic way to spend our evening. We felt completely welcome and relaxed; so also thanks for being an LGBTQIA+ friendly local business. As a quick note for future travellers, there was a very public, natural algae bloom: while the water was slightly sea green (we were told it's usually blue), this didn't detract from the fun of being out on a stable boat enjoying the coastal views. This wonderful Glenelg team deserves your support! The ticket included a drink from the bar, and we took advantage of the BYO snack policy; they suggest a small platter, but we grabbed a delicious local pizza before the cruise. Book this sunset cruise! It’s a spectacular, unforgettable, and personal experience. A solid 5 stars for Captain Will and Temptation Sailing.
Had an amazing trip doing a dolphin watching tour. The staff were friendly and helpful and we saw a pod of 30 dolphins! The only downside is the seating is on cushions on the top of the boat and on nets rather than seats so if you have trouble with mobility I wouldn’t recommend.
Great experience at Temptation Sailing and we all enjoy the sailing so much. In the meanwhile we watch the wild dolphin swim under the cruise that's really amazing and very near the dolphins.On the other side,some of them only watched the wild dolphins also felt excited and satisfied. The whole sailing brings us an unforgettable experience and special memories in our trip in Adelaide. Thanks so much and hope to join again as soon as possible.
What a fantastic evening spent on Temptation. The 2 staff members were lovely . Such a relaxing time cruising along the coast line. Added bonus of lots of dolphins joining us. I would recommend this to anyone. Even provided blankets when it got a little chilly
