We had Tennessee Standard Plumbing handle the plumbing portion of our shower remodel, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Our technicians, Dec and Cam, were absolutely fantastic. They were professional, prompt, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. They took the time to walk us through each step of the project, explaining everything clearly and making sure we understood what was being done and why. Their workmanship was excellent, and the job was completed efficiently with great attention to detail. We truly appreciated their communication and professionalism and would highly recommend Tennessee Standard Plumbing.
I called Tennessee standard after first getting estimates from two Other plumbing companies for a house that we had recently purchased as an investment property. I wasn’t feeling confident in what they were saying about the scope of work I had called them out to get me an estimate on so I decided to call Tennessee Standard Plumbing to get a third opinion. Adam was the initial person that went out to do the inspection for the scope of work I needed an estimate on. We live out of state and we’re not at the property during the inspection. After hearing water continuously run, Adam decided to do a full inspection to figure out what the additional issue was. He also did a full property inspection to see if there was anything else we needed to be made aware of. We were so thankful he did because there were a couple of small leaks and our toilet was continuously running and we were not aware. He sent me pictures and did a great job explaining what the issues were and what was causing it.. Adam instantly made me feel comfortable and we developed a plan of action. He was very patient while we went through various estimates and gave me different options for repairs and cost. When the work actually started, Peter was who we dealt with on the project from that point on. He was great with communication and explained everything they were doing and always sent me pictures. This was very helpful being that I could not be there. Both Adam and Peter were great during the entire process and I am very grateful for Tennessee Plumbing.
Yes, Ben is an excellent salesman. He spent a lot of time explaining things to me and my options. He was very courteous and patient as I had my two small grandchildren with me. He also took time to also explain my options to my son who had come over to help me decide. He is a great asset to your company Your company had recently installed a hot water heater in my sisters home and she was very pleased and recommended your company to me. Your installation crew was great as well. And I love the metal business cards and think it's a great idea about the signage your guys put out at the end of the driveway if anyone is in need of immediate service. Great company!! Janet
From start to finish Rant and Dylan took great care of us. They explained everything they were doing, were very professional and friendly. They did a nice clean job on all the plumbing (and I’m a remodel contractor so that’s high praise) and left everything cleaner than they found it. I’d use them again in a heartbeat and would recommend them to my clients as well as my friends and family. Great job guys!
Absolutely amazing work. From the moment we contacted TN Standard to set up a time for them to come out to tell us what was wrong with our hot water heater the team was kind and knowledgeable. Ben came out to tell us what our problem was and helped us make a wise choice on the best system. He was extremely knowledgeable. Declan and Thomas did the installation and was knowledgeable, thorough, kind, respectful and patient when we had loads of questions. We would highly recommend the whole team at TN Standard.
