I found this establishment on Google. I needed my MacBook Air repaired. I walked in. They looked up at me and than completely ignored me. Didn’t even acknowledge me. I’m standing there with a broken foot and crutches and no one said one word to me. I even stood there for a couple minutes and no one acknowledge me. I do not recommend unless you want crappy customer service.
Thank you to Justin Cook for a fantastic customer experience! My wife and I will never go back to the Apple Store. TenPlus is where we will do anything related to Macs.
These guys were worth the drive from chapel hill! Very helpful over the phone as best options for repair. When waiting at their location, they let me know the wait and why. Made sure I was as comfortable as possible. It is stressful to have your computer become useless and they helped reduce that stress by being helpful and kind.
Justin was so helpful today! I was having issues with my MacBook Pro display, and Justin walked me through my options and explained to each one thoroughly and ultimately helped me choose the best fit for a solution. He was incredibly patient and knowledgeable! I would highly recommend and will definitely be using him again in the future.
Forget the Apple Store. If you need your iPhone, iPad, or Mac serviced or repaired, this is the place to go. I’ve been doing business with them for over a decade. Their service is top-notch, and you won’t end up waiting in Apple Store purgatory (like at the mall) when you need something fixed.
