Amazing quality fish, artfully made sushi, friendly and attentive service! This place is so underrated!!! Perfect for those who crave sushi that tastes more authentic and less fried and Americanized. Even the prices are super reasonable for such great quality.
David ( Jeremiah) was the best Teppanyaki chef I’ve had in a very long time if not the best. He was very personable, funny, find the menu I mean, and offered a new approach to Teppanyaki. he used to work at another local spot in the area and they must be fuming because he has to be one of the best assets to the team, not feeling guilty at all, giving him a tip in this economy he put on a show. Request him if you’re trying to have a great night in the 559.

What made this experience even more special was the way he treated my baby, Genesis. As a mom, that meant everything to me. He was so patient, kind, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful toward her, making sure we were comfortable and at ease the entire time. I was so impressed by this spot — the aesthetic and branding are on point. Felt like a hidden gem here in Fresno. I tried the Tora Tostadas and the Omakase Box, and both were absolutely delicious — fresh, creative, and full of flavor. It’s great to have sushi of this quality right here in the Central Valley. Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for an aesthetically pleasing sushi experience in Fresno!
ABSOLUTELY a MUST GO!!!!!!! 😁 You will not be sorry you did! Everything is delectable 🤤 to taste. Absolutely the closest to perfection one can get from a Japanese dish. We really did love it. You must try their sushi 🍣😜
