The technician assigned to us was Antonio D’Elia.. Antonio is an extremely professional, caring individual. He was punctual , and very efficient. He was able to resolve our problem by identifying the source and took the time to advise us on how to proceed moving forward. We were so fortunate to benefit from his services. We need more compassionate individuals like him in these type of situations. Dealing with a bedbug infestation is extremely stressful but having a technician like Antonio put our minds at ease. She was very professional and diagnosed our situation and recommended treatments to resolve a huge bed bug problem with our tenant. My mother is 88 years old she was patient with us and explained all the steps need to successfully treat the issue. She was even patient with our crazy tenant that she had to deal with for 9 treatments... She is very experienced and very professional at her job, to help us treat the issue and resolve the problem as quickly and effectively as possible. We appreciate all her efforts and professioanlism.
