Tesouro Goldsmiths transformed a family diamond ring into a beautiful three stone pendant and the craftsmanship is outstanding. The design is elegant, the finish is flawless and the whole experience felt genuinely professional. Their service was fast, friendly and reassuring from start to finish. I am delighted with the work Paul did for us. My necklace chain is perfectly repaired, my Silver jewellery cleaned up and looks brand new; and my reset engagement ring is absolutely fabulous! I visited Tesouro Goldsmiths to have a lost sapphire replaced in a sentimental ring. Paul and Doreen were very professional, very helpful and provided me with great service. My ring was fixed within the week and the cost was very reasonable. It looks as good as new. I also had my engagement and wedding rings dipped for a very reasonable price and they were ready in an hour. They also now look as good as new. Excellent goldsmiths. Would highly recommend Paul and Doreen. Thank you both!
I contacted Paul via email after ruining jewellery in one of those ultrasonic cleaners (don't buy one!). I had a lovely silver millenium bangle and a pair of Tiffany earrings that came out of the cleaning machine black. I held little hope of repair after I dropped them in but within a couple of days I was contacted by Tesouro Goldsmiths to say they were ready for collection. Service was friendly, honest and efficient and my well loved pieces look better than ever! Absolutely delighted with the service and results, would recommend!
