I worked with Andrew for the repair of my Honda pilot. Even though I was not the one paying for it (since it was through insurance), Andrew and the front desk personnel treated us with the utmost respect and kindness. Everything was handled in a professional, efficient way. My car was ready before the expected date and was repaired beautifully. I’m a very satisfied and happy customer! My car looks brand new again — the team did an outstanding job. Ron was super nice, and the front desk lady was incredibly kind and helpful. (I always admire her beautiful wedding ring whenever I visit!) The shop is spotless, smells great, and looks very professional inside and out. Their customer service truly exceeded my expectations. Great service, left my car looking brand new. The pictures speak for themselves. Very attentive and were able to finish faster than I expected, throughout the process they answered any questions I had. I would very much recommend taking your car here!
I had my car repaired here. The customer service was fine, but the mechanics/body repair team unfortunately didn't properly reassemble some components. The battery terminal was loose, and the top cover wasn't secured. I also discovered today that the vehicle was dirty and missing the jack and other accessories. If you choose to have your car serviced here, I recommend thoroughly checking it before and after the work to ensure everything is in place. Moreover, their technician left the terminal loose causing the whole vehicle to shut down and we had to call tow and get the vehicle towed and later found out they didn't bother to tighten up the terminal. Insurance paid almost $4500 for the small dent. We initially assumed they were professional, but that unfortunately wasn't the case.
