We got our roof replaced after the former job was done poorly. So we put serious effort into finding the right company this time. Texas Family Roofing has decades of experience which makes their lifetime warranty more than just words. Eddie and Travis gave excellent support before and after the installation. Armando G. and his crew did a great job with the roof work. That included a 16’ rafter that needed to be replaced. No issues with broken stuff on the ground or scratched windows and everything cleaned up nicely afterwards. All together, we are very happy how this turned out.
Had a wonderful experience with Texas Family Roofing. I knew nothing about roofing and they were very educational from the start and made the whole process beyond easy. Never felt overwhelmed once. They answered a ridiculous amount of questions with great patience. They were upfront about cost and offer military/teacher discounts. Process was quick and painless. Only took a day for the entire roof to be installed and the cleanup was phenomenal; they left everything the way they founded it. The whole team was fantastic; but special shoutout to Victor and Eddie who I worked with the most. Great guys. Patricia on the office side was wonderful as well. The entire team was super friendly and professional. I really appreciated that photos of every stage of the roof replacement were taken. From beginning to end, I was very impressed with the work. I would highly recommend TFR! I also appreciate the clean up, our ground was covered to ensure that all trash and nails were collected before the crew left.

TFR has always taken care of us and when we finally had to replace the roof they walked us through everything they were going to do throughout the entire process.
