I really liked working with Texas Hardwood Flooring! From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and made the whole process super smooth. I recently purchased a home and hired Texas Hardwood to install new wood flooring throughout my entire downstairs and refinish the existing wood upstairs. This was a huge project, but Texas Hardwood made the entire process painless. They met every timeline they committed to, and when the inevitable surprises came up, they handled them with fairness and reason. Bryan was fantastic to work with from start to finish, and Joel and his crew delivered top-notch craftsmanship. I was so impressed with their work that I hired them again for one of my rental properties. I usually don’t write reviews, but this is special. Our floor suffered significant water damage from a leaky toilet in the restroom. When we called our insurance carrier, they were extremely difficult to deal with, and we struggled to get any progress. The entire process took about eight months to complete. I was so disappointed with the insurance company. However, when I called Texas Hardwood Flooring, everything changed. Jesse and his team stepped in and helped with every part of restoring our home to its original beauty. They worked directly with the insurance carrier and held them accountable to do what they were supposed to do. We couldn’t be more pleased with the final outcome. The team was tireless, sometimes working until three in the morning to get us back into our home as quickly as possible. I can’t say enough about their professionalism, transparency, attention to detail, and the clear, concise communication they provided throughout the entire process. We recently had our original 1940s harwoods refinished by Jesse and his team and we couldn't be happier! We had a spot where an old hearth and floor grate were, and they seamlessly installed new wood to match the old. We can't tell there was any patchwork done. It was installed and stained perfectly! His team was so professional and respectful of our home as we had to move out for a couple of days for the work to be done. They finished the entire house in 2 days! We are hoping to find harwood under our kitchen tile and if we do, Jesse and his team will be the only company we call to come refinish. More than highly recommend this company. Their customer service is great and they are very quick to respond. We had such a great experience and we LOVE our new floors!
Jesse and his team were great! From the first consultation following a dishwasher leak, to dealing with the loss adjusters to installation of a new floor, Texas Hardwood Flooring was a pleasure to work with and provided a really good quality service. We could not be more pleased with our new floor. Definitely worth five stars!
