I had an amazing experience at this office. From the moment I walked in, Ariana at the concierge desk was welcoming, kind, and super helpful, she made the whole check-in process smooth and stress-free. Stephanie, the nurse practitioner, was amazing. She took the time to really listen, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable and cared for throughout my appointment. I never felt rushed, and she was both professional and genuinely compassionate. Overall, the staff here truly go above and beyond. You can tell they actually care about their patients. I highly recommend this office and will definitely be returning.
The Team That Saved My Day! After a horrible experience at another Breeze location this morning, the manager of this location, Adrian and his team literally saved my day and provided amazing real urgent medical care. I was seen all but immediately and they got right to work performing test to rule out Flu, Covid and strep - WHILE THEY CHECKED ME IN AND VERIFIED INSURANCE. Stephanie and Sondra made me feel seen and more importantly heard. Within about 30 mins I knew what I had, received a shot, and prescriptions with post visit instruction. I drove about 30 mins to get to them but it was well worth it. This is an amazing Breeze location and this team really made the difference for me today. Thank you all
My experience was exceptional from start to finish. The moment I walked in I was happily greeted by several staff members who quickly assisted me. The facility was extremely clean, neat, and welcoming. I was taken to a room immediately after checking in and was cared for in a very professional manner, tending to my sickness and finding the problem. This was hands down one of the best Urgent Care experiences I've ever received. As a military veteran who has traveled the world and experienced many different health care facilities, this was one of the best ones! Thank-you to the staff, nurses, and doc! Would highly recommend going here and they're open 365 Days from 8am-8pm, that right there told me this facility was about helping and caring for the people!
I have been to other urgent care facilities in the area, but this is by the best one. The team is very welcoming, and very efficient. Short wait times, are always a big plus. The facility is clean and well kept. But most importantly, the quality of care is great. Texas Health is very fortunate to have Lainey on their team! I highly recommend Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care for all of your urgent care needs!
The staff was extremely helpful and super nice. I was able to easily book an appointment. When arrived, checked in with no problems and was seen right away. The doctor was thorough and listened to my concerns. I didn't want to go to an urgent care because of bad experiences elsewhere. This one is the best I've ever been to. Thanks to the staff. They are all amazing.
