Bobby was rude and unprofessional. The pool liner was installed horribly, there were wrinkles all throughout the floor and on the sides. The painted rails were painted poorly. The new pumps installed by his team is already malfunctioning. There’s already a hole in the liner and we had to patch it up. Would not recommend! Please before you decide to spend over $7,000 look into hiring someone else that actually cares about quality. Our experience was similar to Christopher’s review. Bobby yelled at us when we had questions about the pool and refuse to come out to fix the issues. Please think twice about hiring him and his team.

I can’t say enough about Texas Home Pool & Spa. They are absolutely amazing. They are great at what they do, but the most import for me they are so kind and genuinely happy to help in anyway. Sabastian made install seem so simple. He checked over and over making sure everything was just right. This is a 10 out of 5 company and same for Sabastian!!!

After bad experiences with two other vinyl pool companies in the area, I can honestly say Bobby, Sebastian, and their team were a breath of fresh air. They took the time to explain every step, answered all of my questions, and delivered incredible results. The transformation of our vinyl-lined volley-style pool speaks for itself — just look at the before-and-after photos! If you’re in the Houston area and choose another vinyl pool company, you’re making a mistake. Thank you, Bobby, Sebastian, and team, for your professionalism and outstanding work. After almost 4 weeks of researching the very limited amount of local pool liner companies in Houston, pool liner vendors across the US, searching YouTube on how to DIY this leaking mess…checking Google, calling companies in San Antonio and Austin, endless conversations with “pool experts” that wouldn’t call me back after coming over with full crews to quote me…I finally met Bobby and his team. Bobby is very passionate about what he does. I have nothing but phenomenal things to say about Sebastian and Shane. When I started my search I was hesitant about all of the concerning reviews I read on other pool liner installers. Some companies advertised pool liners and didn’t even provide this service. Super annoying! I had a pool leak and was losing several inches of water a day for weeks! I was desperate. I had concerns about the pool walls caving in when we drain the pool and every horrible thing that could possibly go wrong, but this liner needed to be changed. I hired Bobby because he told me “everything can be fixed” and he was absolutely right. Bobby and Sebastian built beautiful steps for my pool and measured it for a custom liner. On installation day, the weather put a damper on things and caused the liner to shift. They had to come back to drain the pool because they wanted to ensure the liner fits like skin and it does. The liner is absolutely beautiful! They also restored my sinking deck without having to rip it up and start from scratch like other contractors suggested. I’m glad I went with Bobby for his expertise, problem solving and can-do attitude. The truth is, things can go wrong. It’s about how you recover. I would highly recommend Texas Home Pool and Spa! We are so happy with the end result of our liner replacement. We have had our inground liner pool for about 11 years and our liner was in pretty bad shape, with a visible tear. I had a difficult time finding someone in our area, but so thankful I reached out to Bobby and he agreed to take on the job, even though we live over 2 hours from him. I literally just found him on a Google search! He came out that week to take measurements for our new liner and was back within 2 weeks to install. As we began filling the pool, we realized there was a problem and the liner was too small. Bobby had to come back out and remeasure. Our pool is an unconventional shape and there was a mistake when the liner company input measurements. This was the end of March and Bobby already had some other big jobs lined up and the weather was not cooperating. Bobby reassured me along the way that everything would come together and we would have our pool by summer. Fast forward to May and he was back to install our new liner. We all prayed that it would fit! We got the pool completely filled, but again we had a problem. Our pool was losing water somewhere, like 6 inches every 24 hours! We thought we had a major leak in the pipes unground. Bobby got back out quickly to find the problem. And thankfully he found the issue. We had a leak in the conduit behind the light, which had nothing to do with the liner replacement. Bobby repaired it at no extra charge. We are so happy with our new liner and the work that Bobby did! Even though the process ended up being a little longer than we all hoped for, the end result is beautiful!
