Went in feeling really sick, unable to breathe. Since I got to the clinic the staff was courteous and listened to me as I explained how I felt. They took every precaution and made sure I wasn’t released till they made sure it was safe for me to go home. They took their time and ran every test and took X-rays to make sure I was properly diagnosed. I highly recommend this urgent care clinic as they are thorough in their evaluations and extremely professional and they explain what procedures/test will be done. Will definitely be back when needed.
I live in Detroit, Michigan and I was down here on business for three weeks. I didn’t plan on becoming, or feeling ill. They were right near the hotel, I booked online saw the doctor within 30 minutes of my book time. Very good, respectful staff and a very good respectful doctor. Very helpful very positive experience.
The team was great, very caring and empathetic to my illness. The process was easy and simple, everyone was professional and willing to do anything necessary to address my issue. I was given medicine right in the clinic since my issue was severe. I recommend it TexasMed clinic they’ve always done a good job in taking care of me and my family.
Great night crew. Showed up around midnight and was seen quickly. Triage nurse, Juan, took my vitals and ran a test on me. He was very friendly and communicative in what he was doing throughout the process. Such a nice gentleman. He and the Doctor were caring in words and in how they treated me. Dr Johnson listened to me patiently and was thorough in treating me. His communication skills were above standard for most doctors in my experience.
I had an excellent experience at Texas MedClinic. Dr. David Cantu was absolutely amazing, thorough, patient and genuinely caring. He took the time to really listen to my concerns and made sure my issue was reviewed carefully. I felt confident that nothing was overlooked and that I was in very knowledgeable hands. The entire team was professional and efficient and I left feeling well cared for and informed about my next steps. The facility was clean and well maintained. I truly appreciate the level of care I received and would recommend Dr. Cantu and this Texas MedClinic location to anyone needing medical attention.
