Don’t bother joining the waitlist. They’ll text you that your table is ready, but when you arrive it’s still another 40-minute wait. The customer service was awful we had to ask the woman at the front when we’d be seated, and she looked completely uninterested and even said, “Wow, you should have been seated already.” By the time we were finally seated, we were already in a bad mood from the horrendous service. To top it off, I contacted customer service afterward they said they wanted to talk about it and then completely went ghost. No follow-up, no accountability, nothing.
Food great as always. Waited only about 10 to get seated. Adrianna didn't check on us once. Didn't get our drinks refilled, and there was a wrong charge on the ticket. Forgot to take picks off our plates.
My wife and our friends came here to grab dinner before a movie. We expected to wait for a long time as it was really busy, but we waited only about 10 minutes for a group of 6. The hostess didn't seem very excited to be there and reluctant to seat us. The place was very busy on a Tuesday night so our server wasn't able to get to us right away, but he was very nice when he greeted us. He got our drink orders, brought out bread and butter and overall was good. I think the food quality is good for it's price and great quantity as well. I think that if you wanted good food at a great price, this place is really good! It's just very busy, loud and a bit cramped.
Had one of the best server experiences! Colby went above and beyond from what we’ve ever experienced at any restaurant! What made him stand out was the attention to detail. He took our empty plates and drinks from our table right away so we didn’t have a collection of empty glasses on our table! Instead of asking “what drink would you like” he began listing options and explained we were getting fresh steak that’s sliced daily! Wish I could give more than 5 stars! Great service all around!
Theresa our Food server was amazing. She made our first time a great time. The fillet medallions were ordered medium they were well done, the rice was too salty. The chicken fried 'tuff' sirloin stk was chewy and tough. The batter was great had great flavor. Salads were good, the drinks were Great!!
