Probably one of the most elite, exclusive and upscale event venues in Seattle. The secluded location is perched on top of the Magnolia neighborhood overlooking Elliott Bay with a panoramic view of the Emerald City skyline. If you have the means, book your private wedding, corporate party, photo/film shoot or special event at this historic place.
I came here to attend and my best friend Mickey for his wedding. One of the best places in Seattle for hosting outdoor parties and weddings. Such a unique and very quiet and beautiful place where you can see the whole view. Very beautiful and interesting place.

The Admiral’s House is a true hidden gem and quietly perched above the city with views that feel cinematic! As a wedding photographer these views were a dream. When you’re there, it feels like you’ve discovered something one-of-a-kind, like a secret estate tucked away in plain sight. The historic charm and panoramic views create a setting that’s both intimate and grand.
The Admiral's House is a truly one-of-a-kind venue that captures the essence of Seattle. If you tour this venue for a wedding and they have availability around your desired time frame - snatch it up as they will go quickly. The venue is a blank canvas as all of the catering/tables/chairs/flowers have to be locked down from other vendors. If you are looking for something turnkey where the venue provides you everything, this is not the place for you. When we were not working 60 hours/week for our career, my wife and I pretty much took 12 months of planning into making this THE most memorable night of our lives and a decision we will not regret
