The pizza is good and there is a lot to do for the kids. It is difficult to get anything to drink almost always whenever the loud guy is working. There is no waitress and you have to figure it out on your own. They would sell thousands more if they have someone just asking people if they need anything. Instead they leave the dude behind the bar to drink. Great for Bellevue but needs some serious work.
We had the best time on New Year’s Eve! Great friendly staff and a fun atmosphere. Will definitely be back!
I booked this venue for a 7th birthday party that included 5 kids and 8 adults I inquired a month in advance. Deposit was $50. Day of the event the staff told me there were high school leagues and they only gave me 30 mins to decorate. Pizza and soda was included. Pizza was good but came out really dark and they are not able to adjust the oven to offer less dark pizza. The party was from 5pm to 7pm and at 6pm they put 2 couples in the lane next to us who apparently were in a league and they were super unkind while telling our guests this information. They made comments to the children present. My husband brought this to the attention of the staff and nothing was done. They continued to make comments for the next hour of our party. All in I paid a little over $300. We were still able to have a good time despite the setbacks
We loooove this place. They are still figuring out a few things with the lanes but the mechanic on site is amazing and made sure to fix the little things that were going wrong at the time. Had my daughter’s birthday party there and will definitely do it again. We had so much fun and the food is very good. Best fried pickles and ranch in Bellevue. The manager lady I can tell puts her all into this place and is very professional. What a little gem in Bellevue this place is.
We are a family of 5, and decided to try The Alley for the first time last week for their kids bowl free during the summer program. Love that they do this by the way. Every employee we encountered was very polite and accommodating. We even ordered food and that was pretty good too. My only complaint is the cleanliness of this place. We were given a bowling lane where the table wasn’t wiped down and there was stuck on remainders of food to the seating. There was crumbs underneath the table - and we were there at open; so no one had been there before us. This had to have been left from the night prior. As I looked around it was more of the same. Nothing was really wiped down/dusted or swept/vacuumed. The bathrooms were not very clean either and the stall with the only changing table in the bowling alley was locked from the inside when I went to try to change my toddler. I just don’t feel like the new owners are taking much pride in this place. It could truly be something great for our town - if they can keep up with taking care of the building itself.
