It has a great environment, clean and tidy, and the service also great!
DONT GO TO THIS KARAOKE! they will waste your time. they asked us to wait for 45 mins and they when we came back they said to wait a little bit more so we waited again for more than 30mins. then they told us.. "sorry it is not sure that we can accommodate you" they totally wasted our time.

It’s a hot summer day and AC was broken so the small room without windows was really hard for us to stay, I couldn’t breathe properly without leaving the room every 10 minutes. We arrived at the front desk and for more than 5 minutes no staff showed up. There’s also a 18% forced tip where they describe as cleaning fee so be aware of that. When we asked about this fee the staff told me normally they’d charge ppl a second tip on top of this so we should be thankful for not being asked to tip again. After we paid the whole bill anyways, he said he could have given us a discount if we hadn’t question about the extra fee. Kinda weird cuz I already paid so how are you gonna give me a discount?… The machines themselves have no problems and mics worked fine. Service is kinda concerning. No AC in a room with no ventilation is something they should mention in the reservation phone call too.
I had a fun experience at this karaoke place! Clean, spacious rooms with a solid selection, though I wish they had certain songs I was looking for such as Broadway musicals. They had rooms of varying size groups. Staff were all very nice and polite. I think the pricing was a bit expensive, but still within the realm of reasonable. Parking was easy to find, but I heard that is not usually the case.
