The atmosphere was a vibe in itself.. offering 2 floors of fun.. bowling on the first and a wicked dj by the name of DJ Ghost spinning songs that make you want to move!!! But theres also tons of interactive activities to keep you busy when you take a breather. A patio (seasonal ofcourse), tons of games like giant connect 4, and ping pong. The manager Q was an amazing host as well, professional but also very easy to to talk to. Definitely recommend, and will be back again soon
We hosted our company Christmas party at The Ballroom Bowl, and the entire experience was fantastic. Alison from events was incredibly helpful, she accommodated our very last minute booking with ease and made sure every detail was taken care of. On the night of the event, everything ran smoothly. The food was great, the staff were attentive, and the atmosphere was perfect. We had the 'Turkey Bar' with two bowling lanes and two pool tables, there was great music on and we had the hockey game on a projector screen, it was a busy Saturday night at the venue! Our team had an amazing time, and we couldn’t have asked for a better venue. I would highly recommend The Ballroom Bowl for corporate events or group parties.
We recently hosted our 90-person holiday party at The Ballroom Bowl on John Street, and the experience was fantastic! Margarete, our events coordinator, was incredibly helpful throughout the planning process. She was always responsive, accommodating, and willing to go the extra mile to meet our needs. On the day of the event, Cherelle was equally amazing, constantly checking in and ensuring everything ran smoothly. The food was delicious, and the staff working our event were extremely accommodating and helpful, which made the evening even more enjoyable. Their professionalism and attentiveness made a huge difference. I highly recommend Margarete to organize your event at The Ballroom Bowl!
Had fun bowling with my team from work. Food was good too. Just wish they would have let us know up front individually bills were not possible!
The place is nice and there was good music, but I feel that more balls are needed to choose the appropriate weight and size for all types of hands and strengths. The only balls we had access to were those in our line, they were also very damaged and the children's line was even broken. It is also somewhat uncomfortable to be seated in the same ball row as the people next to you.
