"We had our family Christmas gathering at the Barn at Power Ranch, and it was absolutely beautiful. The building and layout were perfect, and the grass was green and well-kept, making the whole setting even more special. It was a wonderful place to bring our family together. I one million percent recommend this venue for any gathering, wedding, or special event. One million the best!"
Had our wedding reception here and they are horrible to work with. We were locked out for an hour so guests were ariving while setting up (no $600 refund for that hour yet) we planned a lot of activities with the projector and TVs to entertain guests and they didn't work. So we had to improvise, and that caused my wife to break down a few times as you can imagine it's overwhelming on a wedding day already. Horrible with comunication, and they gave us a walk through and told us all we need is a flash drive to upload everyhing.... we brought a flash drive and there was no USB option for their systems. They have no clue what they are doing
As everyone has stated, this is a beautiful event venue. Clean, spacious, and a perfectly adequate selection of tables and chairs. The kitchen is well set up with plenty of cooler, counter, and prep space. There is a very large screen one side and two smaller screens on the other side for media presentations. Restrooms are large, clean, and well stocked. Again as others have stated, there will be screaming, singing, laughing children in the adjacent swimming pool, so keep that in mind if your event requires any outdoor activities.
Beautiful venue for my nephew's wedding. They might want to consider upgrading overhead speakers. One was distorting, when the DJ played music. It could've been too much gain, though. I was impressed with the modern audio/video connections and equipment. Clean restrooms and kitchen area. Very nice!
Beautiful venue with the lawn plus the lake and pool nearby. We enjoyed wonderful live music as the sun set.
