Cannot say enough good things about this place!! The staff are amazing and the food is always 10/10. The sour cherry almond croissant is a tied fav for me with their brownies or their chocolate almondine!! And their ice cream is to die for! Cannot wait to go back. So lucky to have them local!
For their 10th anniversary they hosted a couple baking workshops. I took the pie crust workshop. The instructors were lovely! I learned how to make the most amazing flakey pie crust. I came home with the most delicious apple pie which was made in the workshop. I hope they do more workshops in the future as it was so informative for us home bakers!
A perfect spot to grab a coffee and snack before jumping on the ferry. Lots of delicious pasteries and they make a great cappuccino. Had a freshly made almandine croissant that paired well with my cap. They are currently doing some construction but hopefully they are creating some seating area in the front of the house to make it a bigger cafe to sit and enjoy everything they make.

Your mission is to find the Mexican Beef Barbacoa Sandwich. If you're lucky enough to see one left on the shelf, you've found a treasure. This isn't just a sandwich; it's a perfect harmony of flavors and textures. The braised Lavergne beef is tender and rich, the crumbled feta adds a creamy, salty tang, and the house-pickled jalapeños provide just the right amount of fiery kick. Each bite is a delightful surprise. All of these incredible ingredients are held together by a fresh, hearty ciabatta bun, which is the perfect vessel for this culinary masterpiece. Simply put, this sandwich is an unforgettable experience and an absolute must-get.
On our way along our 'Guess Where Trip' we stopped at this quaint and picturesque bakery. The staff were welcoming in both French and English as we took in all the beautiful, fresh baked goods and many other unique products. We bought a selection of cookies, butter tarts and a amply sized date square. Every bite was perfection! The entrance is conveniently next to parking while they renovate to make a larger space with the option to sit inside and enjoy a coffee and fresh pastry. I highly recommend pulling off the 174 for a treat at the Black Walnut Bakery!
