Excellent service! TBRG provided continuous updates, clear instructions to get the item to them without issue, and really went above and beyond to repair my device. A generic service would have likely shrugged after the first bump in the road, but TBRG clearly takes pride in their work and brought my device back to life. Thanks again!!
Certainly a diamond in the farmlands! Greg was great to work with, he accommodated me with a quick turnaround on a led light board. So not only was he the only person for 5 that I called in the Ottawa area who was willing to take on this soldering job, he further confirmed that my board was aluminum and through a photo review determined that he'd be able to support this job. He was quick to respond, has an easy to navigate website, and was very helpful and friendly! His drop off system at his location allows for convenient pick up and drop off, and his work is efficient and high quality! Would certainly recommend Greg and his business to anyone looking for soldering or other tech-related solutions! I certainly will be keeping The Board Repair Guy in mind for future projects! Thanks for helping to keep my Christmas plans on track!
Excellent service and highly recommend! Greg does a great job and seems to be able to root out the problem. He has the tools and knowledge to be able to properly help his clients. He fixed my computer quickly and got me up and running without much delay.
I took some old electronic toys to get fixed. He wasn't able to fix all of them but he gave it a good shot. I'm very happy with what he was able to repair and it was a very reasonable price. Great communication and very friendly. I highly recommend his services.
I had the opportunity to work with The board repair guy! He is very knowledgeable and willing to help above and beyond. My particular situation involved troubleshooting down stream of the display I had sent to him and we were able to work together through it and get the issue resolved 10/10 would recommend to anyone!
