Very positive experience. I've worked with the manager of the operation and he is very cool and pleasant to work with. The offices are extremely beautiful for what they are and are clean so you don't have any concerns about sitting down. I would recommend this shop to my friends.
Bottom of doors on our '98 Dodge 1500 were rusting badly. The Body Shop replaced & painted doors. Pin stripping replaced. Seal added at the bottom of doors to prevent rusting issue again - better than new. Great job, Highly recommend.
Excellent repair work, but… The repair work on my car was excellent, but the communication was particularly frustrating—especially considering I spent several thousand dollars here. Shortly after drop-off, Amanda at the front desk promised to call with an update but never did, later blaming her tech instead of taking responsibility. I asked for personalized updates via text but mostly got confusing automated texts. One morning, I received a text saying my car wouldn’t be ready for two more weeks, while my insurance company called to say it would be ready that same day. I waited a few hours and still hadn't heard from the shop so I had to call myself to get an update. This felt very frustrating because I don't have a lot of free time during the week and it's not difficult to communicate via text. On top of that, Amanda cut in on calls with other staff - where I was on speaker - and once even hung up without a goodbye, which felt unprofessional. What saved this from being a one-star review was the owner, Akash. He personally called me to hear my concerns, assured me he’d address staff communication, and when a final coat was missed at pickup, he immediately explained why and sent a tech to my house (I had to get back to work) finish the job. Most staff members I interacted with were friendly and helpful, and the owner clearly went above and beyond to ensure the repair was done right. Still, the lack of reliable communication made the whole experience unnecessarily stressful. Communication is a huge value for me, and because of this, I would not bring my car back here in the future.
I’d give them 10 stars if I could. Akash and his team were INCREDIBLY patient, thorough & professional when the dealership gave us the round around for months. I trust his team completely to do the work with integrity and support customers until the job is done. I highly recommend this place above others- AND we had to contact several other places during our repairs. Akash fixed issues the Toyota dealership said they were not able to address and supported our family to get a working vehicle after hassles from everyone else! Highly recommend
Highly professional and super friendly! Honestly, don’t think twice about bringing your car here—you’ll be 110 percent satisfied. I can’t give enough praise to this team. They went above and beyond in every way. After the first body shop Progressive referred me to turned me down and said they couldn’t do the work, I felt stuck. But this shop not only took on the job, they also fought for me with my insurance company to make sure everything was done the right way. They didn’t just stop at what the insurance approved, they did more, making sure my car was truly repaired and not just patched up. They treated me like a priority, communicated clearly throughout the process, and clearly cared about the quality of their work. You don’t often find businesses like this anymore. If you want excellent service from people who genuinely care, this is the place. I’m extremely grateful.
