I came to Karen because my daughter wanted brow lamination. Karen was referred by a friend, so how could I resist. Stepping into her office I realized what an oasis it was. The music was so relaxing and she was so warm and inviting. As I watched my daughter get her treatment… I thought what about me?? Karen gave me the best advise for what I needed for my brows and I’ve been hooked , ever since! She’s such a professional sweetie. I’m delighted to proclaim it to all!!
I am so glad I found The Brow Room, it’s officially on my rotation of self-care. From booking an appointment online to leaving the studio, the experience was top tier. Her website options were descriptive and easy to book. The location was easy to find, clean and pleasant to walk into. She greeted me with a smile as soon as I opened the door and made me feel welcomed instantly. She took the time to map out my brows, asked for my input and shared her recommendations. I felt like I was being taken care of by a true professional that cared. My favorite part of this experience was seeing how she transformed my brows, educating me with some tips on how to properly fill them in the process. I left out of her studio with confidence I didn’t have when I walked in there, that’s for sure! Thanks Karen for giving me that :)
Karen is so kind! She really takes her time and is super careful with my brows. I love that she maps them out every time and makes sure they’re just right. I always feel relaxed and taken care of when I see her. I recommend her highly! I won’t be going anywhere else for my brows.
I was recommended to The Brow Room SD by my sister, who has had several brow services done by Karen, and her brows always look amazing. I had the best experience, let me start off by saying don’t forget to look at the jewelry; you won’t be disappointed. Being someone with sensitive skin, I was really nervous about the appointment, especially since I’ve always been hesitant to let anyone touch my brows. However, Karen's attentiveness and knowledge were very reassuring. I really wanted to get a brow tint, but unfortunately, I wasn't able to receive the intended service due to an allergy to an ingredient in the products used, which was entirely my fault for forgetting to complete the questionnaire before my appointment. Fortunately, Karen, being the wonderful person she is, offered to shape and wax my brows instead. She explained everything step, mapped out my brows, and checked in with me to ensure I liked the shape. I’m typically not a fan of the under-brow highlight, but Karen showed me a way to achieve it while still keeping a natural look. I truly appreciate her skill and kindness. She made me feel so comfortable, and I absolutely love my brows!
This was my first time getting my eyebrows laminated! Karen made it so worth it. I love my eyebrows and her customer service. I was initially going to get a tint, but with Karen’s thorough explanation, I opted out. I wanted more of a natural look anyway, and they look amazing regardless.
