The ladies are very professional, polite and has an eye for detail and efficient. I have had several cleaning service and I would not recommend them. However, the team that service us is second to none. I highly recommend them!

However, in my experience, it seems their priority is to finish as quickly as possible rather than ensuring a thorough cleaning. Some basic tasks that should be included in the service were overlooked. They often mention that their staff is well trained and has been with the company for years, but when I pointed out missed areas with photos, the response was defensive instead of solution-oriented. I was also told that reminding them about small but essential details counted as requesting “extra services,” which was disappointing. For context…a home with 4 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, and 1 powder room; the team of three completed the cleaning in about an hour. ($156.96 for every 2 weeks) 1,533 sf Based on that timeframe, I’ll let others decide whether the service can truly be detailed and complete without missing anything, as they sell it
Holy cow! Even my window sills & blinds were dust free. My boy’s toilet was sparkly white. I’m a VERY happy client!
The ladies came for the first time today and overall they did a good job and left me with a "feel of a 4 STAR hotel " with the paper "artwork" throughout the house..you don't smell a lot of chemicals but my house is clean!! The bathrooms were much brighter!! Glass sparkles!! Furniture Shines! Another factor is the customer service ..I like the "checking in on their employees" as part of the customer service..I won't expect it all the time, but know that someone is possibly close by should a problem arise...
