Oh my…. I see all of the things the DIDNT EVEN TOUCH, but very few things they did do! Waste of $!!!!

I had high hopes due to reviews but it’s entirely not worth it especially for the price. They send two people over for our small duplex who are in and out in an hour. We don’t even have half of the house cleaned as the basement isn’t included in our cleaning, & we are already clean people we just need help with deeper cleaning up keep like dusting and bathrooms, and we had set up cleanings every 2 weeks so dirt wasn’t building up for too long either. With all that in mind our house should be an easier job but *every* time they came out it felt like they were cutting corners to get out of there even faster and I wasn’t expecting above and beyond just what was on THEIR own checklist. I was keeping up with cleaning before we hired them as I wasn’t working yet but still the first month was extra & cost us $400 bc the first two initial cleans were described to us as “deep spring cleanings” which not only did not feel like any kind of deep spring cleaning it didn’t even meet their standards of a general clean. Toothpaste still splattered on front of waterpik and other various knickknacks in bathroom still dusty, door knobs not cleaned, items like laundry basket and dogs beds vacuumed around not under, the ledge of the shower wall dusty, shower faucet not wiped, items on bathroom counter like candle not taken off/moved to wipe down whole counter only wiped around so a theme of just cleaning *around* things. Didnt clean window sills one time, not dusting giant glass dog statues next to entertainment center, they dusted a light shade in the kitchen which I am appreciative of but they left a lot of dust on top of fridge and microwave that fell down on me when I opened the doors for them & I had to clean it. So for so much money not only are they not cleaning well, they also created a mess for me to clean after. As well as when I told the cleaning company about them missing cleaning the things in the bathroom the ladies came back the next time and asked my husband what was wrong and when he said I don’t know it was my wife who contacted the company they were heard later saying “if they don’t know what they wanted cleaned how are we suppose to know” which was a little crazy to me considering it’s their job to know and they have a specific checklist they can look at. Very disappointing experience overall & a little sick we spent so much money on such low quality work, needless to say we cancelled ://
I believe the ladies did a nice job. I understand this was the initial cleaning. The bottom of my bedroom door didn't get cleaned but they will probably do that next time. The bathrooms look great. The floors look great. I am not sure what woodwork they went over but it appears some of it has been wiped down. I am satisfied. I backed by truck into the young lady's car. She parked behind my Chevy truck, and it was in the blind spot in my mirrors. It put a dent in her bumper. I reported it to my insurance company. My back up camera was not working. I just never saw her car. No damage done to my truck. If she wants to have her bumper repaired, I will need her name, address, and phone number and I told her that, but she did not give it to me. She did not want me to call the police and have an incident report done. I am sorry this happened. I should have looked where I was backing. Thank you. The ladies did a good job.
The Cleaning Authority has been at our home once a week for the past month. I am very impressed with the consistency and quality of the service, as well as the kindness of the staff. They do a better job than multiple services/individuals we have hired. I am happy to have a clean home on a regular basis for a reasonable price.
