Ever since my first interaction with TCN (The Creative Noise), I’ve been nothing but impressed. As a small business owner who has sunk THOUSANDS of dollars into subpar marketing materials, websites, and graphic elements, working with Amanda and Rory at TCN has been the complete opposite experience. From the very beginning, one thing stood out above everything else: professional care. I use the term professional care deliberately, because any service-based design business can blow smoke, tell you what you want to hear, and sell you something without ever truly understanding your priorities and needs. TCN is different. As of today (5th September 2025), I’m about halfway through my services with TCN, and for the first time since starting my business in 2019, I feel alive with hope and enthusiasm about what my brand can become. That feeling comes directly from TCN understanding me, respecting me, and genuinely wanting my business to reach its ideal clients through not just branding, but brand identity development coupled with beautiful design work that will be seamless across all my visual platforms. Their onboarding process is incredibly thorough yet simple to follow. It allows you to unpack what your business is and what it means to you. The team takes that understanding and guides that vision into strong, elegant, and beautiful designs that you can't possibly have ever thought of. The end result speaks your brand’s voice with clarity, confidence and elegance. Thinking about a rebrand? TCN. Thinking about a new website? TCN. Don’t waste your time and money trying to do the design yourself or on the cheap, just call TCN. I’ve realistically invested over $20,000 into branding that has done me little good. If I had my time again, I would go straight to TCN. They are business owners themselves and understand the trials and tribulations of standing out in today’s crowded digital and physical business world. Professional and caring service is worth its weight in gold. With TCN, you get that and so much more. I'll be an ongoing client FOR SURE.
The Creative Noise have imagined a brilliant brand identity for my new business. They provided a unique platform from which to gather insight into not only my business but to my own motivations.
