This afternoon at Fortnum & Mason’s Diamond Jubilee Tea Salon was more than just tea and scones — it was an invitation to pause. From the elegant setting and the gentle piano in the background to the ritual of pouring a perfect pot of tea in this iconic 🇬🇧London institution, every detail reminded us how precious uninterrupted time together can be. 🍰☕️ It’s in these moments — between shared stories, quiet smiles, and remembering what truly matters — that memories are built. An amazing place for any occasion. Went for a afternoon tea with my wife, celebrating our first Anniversary. The team is absolutely kind and friendly; here you're going to be treated extremely well. It's a place that you don't want to leave for being very relaxed and calm. Worth every single pound spent here. Just loved it. ♥️
Yes, it's a treat, but absolutely worth it. One of the best culinary moments of our lives. From the moment we arrived we were taken care of so nicely. The attentive and knowledgeable staff were charming and guided us beautifully. The decor of the main salon, quality of food and drinks, and impeccable service were simply beautiful. Quite honestly, for us the experience had a fairytale quality and will live long in our memories.
All the staff that attended us treated us like we were the first customer of the day. They were so pleasant and charming. Even when I was brought the incorrect dish for my high tea they were so professional about it and couldn’t do enough for us to spoil us and make the matter better. Everyone of the staff members should be highly rewarded for their consistent high level of customer service, attention to detail and beautiful mannerisms. Thank you for a lovely time.
The experience was perfect from beginning to end, the beautiful setting in reception, the piano player, front of house staff, the dining room, ambience and our fantastic table staff. So friendly, a lovely manner without being stuffy or over the top. A really lovely team and energy throughout the restaurant.Generous servings, beautiful quality food and pastry options. Just such a treat from beginning to end. Lovely memory making experience with my elderly parents, sister and aunty and uncle. Beautiful take home packaging for the leftovers and we were even gifted advent calendars, such a beautiful few hours shared with my family that i will not forget. Thank you to the whole team.
