The Dog Retreat and Spa is simply the best! Every time I leave my dog here, I know he’s in great hands. He always comes back happy, clean, and well-groomed—their grooming is top-notch. He absolutely loves running around outdoors and enjoying the pools, and I love that the facility is always spotless. The staff are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to make sure both pets and owners are comfortable. No matter my dog’s mood, they handle him with patience and care. I truly recommend The Dog Retreat and Spa to anyone looking for a place that treats your dog like family.
I recently took my little Rocky to a local groomer, and unfortunately, it was the worst grooming experience I’ve ever had. I was so upset that I immediately went online to look for help. That’s when Alyss reached out and mentioned that Kathy had an opening early the next morning and could work with Rocky to fix the mess. ( 1st pic) Taking that chance with Kathy turned out to be the *best* decision I could’ve made. She did an amazing job correcting what the previous groomer had done. Rocky came out looking great, and Alyss even mentioned he was a joy to work with. (2nd pic) I highly recommend Kathy and Alyss for any grooming services you need. They’re kind, professional, and truly care about your pet’s well-being!
We had a very nice visit and tour during our pup's evaluation. Jalene and the team were extremely thorough and thoughtful in answering our questions. They also provided us with a list of trainers to help us and a much better harness to help with the jumping and pulling. We cannot wait for our pup to make new friends at The Dog Retreat and Spa!
We are so, so lucky to be able to send our puppy to daycare at The Dog Retreat. Jalene and her team are remarkable—they are so caring and are incredibly wise about dog behavior. (And humans as well!) My puppy has been going to The Dog Retreat since she was 4 months old, and her experiences there have been an incredibly positive influence on her socialization and her open, happy, secure attitude towards other dogs and people. When we arrive at The Dog Retreat in the morning, she runs to the staff there, wiggling with delight. The Dog Retreat has helped to ensure that she is growing into a happy, friendly, confident dog—-and I know that she is always safe and in the best care possible when she is there. The pictures and daily report card are the best! A million thanks Jalene and Dog Retreat staff!!
We love the Dog Retreat and Spa! Their staff is friendly and takes great care of my puppy. They have longer hours available for daycare which is great when I have to stay late at work. It’s easy to reserve online and you get pictures with each stay. They have indoor and outdoor areas depending on the weather. They have many options for boarding too so you can select what’s best for your pup. Highly recommend!
