Working with Mandi to create our custom engagement ring was an exceptional experience from start to finish! She is not only incredibly talented but also kind, patient, and genuinely invested in bringing your vision to life. Mandi was incredibly intuitive and communicative throughout the entire process, always keeping us updated every step of the way. She helped us find the perfect diamond and transformed all my inspiration photos into exactly what I wanted. Her expertise and attention to detail are truly unmatched, and the final ring is absolutely gorgeous!! However, what stood out most was her honesty and transparency. She never pushed us toward anything we didn’t want; instead, she made sure we got exactly what we envisioned, in a way that worked best for us. I’ve purchased numerous pieces from this jeweler over the years, and every visit has been a pleasure. From the moment I walk through the door, I’m always warmly greeted and given attentive service. Their selection is incredible—so many unique styles and options to choose from. One of my most memorable experiences was when I lost my favorite ring while traveling abroad. It was a piece I had purchased here, and I was devastated. I reached out to Emily (who is truly the best!), and she went above and beyond to have the ring recreated for me. I was overjoyed to have it back, and the care she showed throughout the process meant so much. Although I live in San Diego, I happily make the trip to Scottsdale because I simply can’t imagine going anywhere else for jewelry. The quality, service, and trust I’ve found here are unmatched.
Emily, Jill & company helped make my dreams come true. I designed a custom tribute cross pendants to the legendary front man Ozzy Osbourne and Black Sabbath. Not only did they take their time to make sure every detail was just how I wanted it, they also made me feel like part of the family. I will be going back for a second custom piece to accentuate this masterpiece. Trust me, it's worth doing business here, and go with confidence!
