Very supportive atmosphere and encouraging approach
I've been lifting for 40 years. This program is unique in that you see results with only 2 sessions per week with only 20 minutes per session. I had a gym membership, but didn't show up. But it's easy to do the work when you're done before you have a chance to start sweating! Pretty amazing -- considering I would spend hours in the gym before with the same or less actually results. The science behind this fixed my improper technique on the weights. The other thing I like is: no waiting, no broken equipment, no anxiety from other folks around and sweating all over the place. Lastly and for me most importantly --it's pretty "mindless" - the coaches and machines do everything - I don't have to track weight or machine settings - no anxiety if I'm doing the movements right, my results are right in front of me every time and in the app if I want to use it. I started this program over a year ago to try for only a month or two to prep for ski season, and I'm still a member. Very much worth the cost per session in my opinion - K. Stevens
I'm so glad I heard about The Exercise Coach Boise. The coaches are very supportive and I appreciate the personal attention I received during my onboarding. Even with the small group coaching, I get the help I need throughout my workouts. I want to remain injury free and I feel confident that I'll get stronger without hurting myself. I had a personal trainer about 15 years ago and saw success. However, the cost and time commitment was significant. I recently signed up with The Exercise Coach in Boise after a few initial workouts, following a referral from a friend. I am amazed at the advances in strength training over the past 15 years. The Exercise Coach uses technology, personalized to your body and abilities, to build muscle and strength in a much shorter timeframe than my traditional workouts of 15 years ago. I love the trainers and the workouts are quick and fit perfect with a busy schedule. I love going amd getting it done quickly, and i am NOT a love exercise gal! This is the perfect workout
