Definitely felt the burn after one session and I can definitely see where twice a week ongoing would make sense but their memberships are far beyond reasonable for group or one on one coaching and these are machines they need to program for you and not ellipticals you can use on your own.
If you think you’re too old to make changes, let me tell you that’s not true. I’m 74 years old. I started going to Exercise Coach the last week of 2023. In this year I’ve lost 50 pounds, greatly improved my strength, see muscle definition and have improved my balance. All of the coaches are great. The one on one training is the best. The gym is small and not at all intimidating. I wholeheartedly recommend doing this for yourself.
I have been attending Exercise Coach since January of 2024. My body has transformed beyond belief! I am way stronger, have better balance, and definition. I started the first six months with a one-on-one personal trainer and than went to the small class of four. I go 20 minutes, 2x a week. The Staff are professional, kind and loving. You never ever feel awkward or insecure. This company is managed with the upmost respect. What they advertise is the truth. I will always be a part of Exercise coach. I Love it!
I’m a 73 year old man; ex jock, good health; but tired of loosing muscle mass, especially upper body strength. After my 2 free intro sessions I signed up for the 40 workouts package. I just signed up for another one. 2 x 20 minute workouts per week works great for me. All of my strength metrics are up about 50%. I feel & look much better. The personal trainers (coaches) are all great. They encourage me to finish strong and consistent “personal bests” are gratifying. The computer manages my progress so I know I’m experiencing continuous improvement. If I can do it, you can do it.👍🏋️😎
I really like this Concept, the Technology and my Coach Micah. At 68 and a long time Cyclist with very strong legs and very decent anaerobic fitness, I really appreciate the added diversity of working different muscle groups, especially my mid section and core. Love that most of the Exercises are so Tuned to you, and then so perfectly controlled by the Exerbotics. For me it really helps to insure that I am maintaining an appropriate level of effort, and neither over or under exerting myself. It is also clear that the Computer graphics assist with this and the data will really paint a clear picture of progress. Had a 3rd Session this AM (07/27), was really good again, really does make you work hard, very focused and pretty intense. Las station today, leg and hand Spin - Interval Station really got Lungs Straining. Continues to be very good experience.
