We have used Chris Moody for years for our Medicare plans. He has always given us great advice and help in selecting the plans we eventually chose. Unfortunately, Highmark no longer uses financial guys and all other outside vendors as their representatives. Apparently, this was across the board as Highmark went in house with their advisors. That being said we met with Chris and he advised us on all the plans out there and helped us no matter what our decision was. This is great customer service. In the future, if we need additional assistance with this and other financial decisions, we will look to him in this company for help.
Brian Faraci helped me find the right insurance for my specific needs. He is knowledgeable, patient and helpful. He answered all my questions. I would highly recommend him to all my family and friends.

I worked with Phil Provenzano to work through Medicare Advantage Plans for my Father, who is a fully disabled veteran. Phil informed me of a plan specifically for veterans using the VA system. I did not know of this plan, and it will save my Father over $1,500/year. Phil was very knowledgeable and great in communicating all the options for my Father. He even got my Father enrolled in the veteran's plan so that I did not have to navigate the Medicare morass to find and enroll in the correct plan. He gave me a heads-up about the windows for my upcoming Medicare event. I will definitely be seeing Phil again when it is my turn to slay the Medicare Beast. I highly recommend Phil as a person that you need to navigate the Medicare maze. Phil, Thank you.
