What an amazing surprise as I made my weekly shopping trip to Freedom a la Cart Cafe (123 E. Spring St., Columbus 43215) this morning. When I went to pay (I spend more grocery money there than I do at Kroger's), I was told my croissant was "a gift from the Fitch Law Firm"! WOW! How very thoughtful! I have supported Freedom a la Cart and their "mission" from their beginning. The fact that John Fitch chose to bless them by blessing their customers shows me that he - unlike too many other attorneys - has a beautiful heart! I was involved in a car accident. I asked a family friend who he recommended. He said the Fitch Law Firm. I'm so glad that I followed his recommendation. There are so many Big law firms on tv. You never know how they will take care of you and your case. I was always taken care of with the firm. From the legal secretary to my attorney, they all had my best interest foremost in their interactions. They went to bat for me with the other insurance company, my insurance company, and my short term disability. My attorney, Kirstin, left no stone unturned and made sure all the i's were dotted and t's crossed. If I would ever have the need for an attorney, the Fitch Law Firm, will be the team I contact.

I highly recommend Fitch Law Firm, based off the referral from a staff attorney at an insurance company (the best type of referral) I contacted them for my car accident . I have never sued or been sued before so this was a very unfamiliar and intimidating experience. However, quickly that dissipated after the first phone call with Kirstin and I knew I had their full support and staff helping me. Communication: Fitch uses a simple texting system to communicate back and forth easily. Becky at the front desk was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful whenever I had to call the office. Kirstin handled my case and was always available to text or call to explain the process or handle any questions I had. She also kept me up to date on next steps and her out of offices if she would not be available. She was very friendly, smart, compassionate and enthusiastic during our conversations. Expectations: I wasn't sure what I would need to do during this process and how much work it would be. To my pleasant surprise they handled 95% of the work and calls to the insurance and healthcare providers. I basically sat back and waited for updates, it was so much easier than I thought when i initiated this process. Customer Service: My case was not particularly large or in my view "important". However, they spoke to me and prioritized my case that made feel like it was important to them and I never felt overlooked or unheard with my questions or concerns. Settlement: I felt like they did everything in their capabilities to negotiate my expenses down and aggressively counter offered to provide me the largest and fairest settlement possible. Overall: John and his staff went above any expectations I had starting this process and made it as painless as possible for me. Their compassion and helpfulness cannot be overstated, I hope I never have to do this again, but if I do I will call them first. When I picked up my check, I met them in person and was a little sad I would have to stop working with them.
