Lucy provided some gorgeous floral arrangements for our church wedding in Bristol and helped us pick out flowers for the bouquet and tables. She has a great selection of flowers in the shop and was very helpful in creating our wedding theme.
We are so thrilled that we used the Flower shop to provide flowers for our wedding. They provided our bouquets, buttonholes, as well as church decorations, (archways, pedestals, pew ends, lich gate garlands), and venue decor (centrepieces, stairway statement piece, pedestals, long and low arrangement). Lucy was amazing from start to finish, from our first consultation she really cared and put the effort in to get to know us as a couple to create bespoke personalised flowers perfect for our wedding day. We can't thank her enough for all her hard work and vision. On the day, the flowers were beautiful and were better than we could have imagined, complimenting our venues and bridesmaid aesthetic perfectly. Everyone commented on how amazing the bouquets were, and even asked to take centrepiece arrangements home afterwards so they could continue to enjoy them! We could not recommend the Flower Shop more for anyone's occasion flowers. Thank you so much!
My husband bought me a bunch of flowers for our one month anniversary after getting married (cute). The flowers what arrived were really pretty but, when I bought them in the water they were sat in was brown and mucky (like they have been sat in it for a week already) some of the petals have already fallen off and you can see that most of the flowers were starting to turn. Within a day you can see that they were starting to die. it wasn't a hot day and I removed them from the dirty water immediately. When my husband emailed them they said flowers are suppose to look like that (petal-less??) they did offer to send out another bunch but when they arrived it was 7 stems in total of just purple daisies and a few lilies. And that was suppose to make up for the poor quality we received first time? Honestly I bought some flowers for my friend in Aldi on the weekend for £7.99 they were far superior and better variety. He won't be buying from your company again. Edit: after posting this very honest and truthful review my husband received a call from the flower shop demanding that he tells me to remove it or they would come to my house and have it out with me and take back the replacement bunch back. Also said the girl who chucked the second bunch together cried and was offended by being compared to Aldi sorry but that wasn’t a comparison the flowers I got from Aldi was far superior and was actually presented correctly. Being told I don’t know what flowers are suppose to look like and you put 2 lilies in there because I should know what they are is rather patronising and highly unprofessional. Look, I get it everyone has off days we are human but to say flowers are suppose to arrive dead, sitting in old water and petal less then the replacement was basic shows a lack of skill or caring. The daisies are at the end of my drive you can collect them whenever you want (you have ruined the loving jester my husband has done) but if you enter my driveway I will call the police, I will not be threatened over a truthful review!
My husband has come here a couple times to surprise me with flowers. So he basically recommended it to me when I wanted to get my mum flowers. Lovely people who are willing to help. I love that you can turn up and make your own bouquet of flowers or you can pre order it. They make the most beautiful arrangements and have stunning flowers and vases to offer.
