Save your money from Ashley's furniture and spend your money here! They care about active duty military and their spouses. No hidden fees with delivery. Bought a tv living room stand and am hoping for great quality and assembly upon delivery. Quoted 3 days for delivery which is great. Thanks Nick!
I have been a customer for years. Outstanding customer service and professional. If they do not have in stock what you are looking for, they will get the item for you within a fast timeframe. They are on time with deliveries and have outstanding service, even after the sale. They will gladly assist with any furniture needs or concerns, the customer is their priority! Highly recommended.
Great customer service and quick delivery for a couch. Nothing in stock was the right fit for our living room but we were able to get a custom made design that works great and the store still was able to provide a discount similar to the ones offered for the furniture in stock. We were told 2-3 weeks which is a lot faster than expected for a custom made design and the couch came in only 2 weeks. When one of the sections was the wrong piece, the store immediately remedied the issue and rush ordered the right piece and it arrived in less than a week. Even with having to reorder the correct section everything arrived within the 2-3 week window we were told. The couch is very comfortable and was quite affordable for the quality.
We turned to the Furniture Exchange guys in Tucson when it became clear our order from a big box store wasn't going to happen for a number of reasons. My wife and I had just moved to the area from Western Canada and had not brought furniture with us, so we needed a place to sit, stat! Not only do these guys have dozens - if not hundreds - of high-quality sofas and living room sets in-stock, their customer service and delivery folks were incredible. They stand behind what they sell. Highly recommended!!
