Made an initial appointment and was not disappointed. Came in and waited maybe 2 minutes before I was seated and taken care of. The beard trim was quick, clean, and hassle free. I have already made a follow up appointment!
I had an absolutely amazing experience at The Gents Place. From the moment I walked in, the service was top-notch and they really went out of their way to make me feel at home. My stylist did a phenomenal job—honestly, one of the best cuts I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for a place that combines professional skill with a welcoming, high-end atmosphere, this is it. This place is LEGIT the club is very nice! Enjoy a drink when you get there and expect 5 star service. Sarah is honestly the most wholesome and genuine person I’ve met in a while and as a bonus she’s really good at hair and beards too! She did a great job and made it feel like I’ve known her my whole life. Give this place a shot!
I had an exceptional experience at The Gents Place. The haircut itself was outstanding—easily one of the best I’ve had. The stylist paid close attention to detail and made sure I walked out looking and feeling sharp. But I have to highlight Alo at the front desk. Her service was truly sensational. She welcomed me with warmth, offered beverages with effortless professionalism, and carried herself with an attitude that made the whole place feel elevated. Her contagious laughter fills the room and creates an atmosphere that makes you want to come back. Honestly, she’s a huge part of what makes The Gents Place such an unforgettable experience. If you’re thinking about going—go. You’ll leave looking fresh and already planning your next visit.
My first experience was great. A few months after signing an annual membership things started to change. Front of house staff had consistently struggled to provide basic levels of customer service. Lately, they’re rude. I should never leave an appointment feeling like an inconvenience. I’ve felt this for a few months now and am now persuaded that this establishment cares more about money than they do about their patrons. It’s more of a money grab than a place for gentlemen. At this point I’m considering counting my remaining appointments as a loss, cutting ties and taking my business somewhere else.
