We worked with Layne and had an absolutely wonderful experience. She was so friendly and was great at timely communication. She was awesome at answering any and all questions we had, and the ones she didn't know, she was always able to reach out and connect us with the right people to ask. She never made us feel like a bother or an inconvenience, no matter what time our texts came in through the nights or weekends! Our buying process led us to an interesting experience, and even though it was a first in her career, she handled it professionally and kept us hopeful and confident the whole way. She truly cares about her clients and her career, and that makes all the difference.
Hands down one of the best real estate experiences I’ve had. The Ginther Group of Keller Williams is solid, and Candler Moore is seriously an awesome agent. She was always on it, great with follow ups, super organized, and usually already handling things before I even thought to ask. If there was a meeting, showing, call, or deadline, she was there and ready. I never had to chase anyone down or wonder what was going on. What really stood out was how much she actually cared. She explained everything in a way that made sense, answered all my questions, and really looked out for me to make sure I was getting the best deal possible. The whole process felt way smoother and a lot less stressful than I expected. If you’re buying or selling and want someone who’s responsive, easy to work with, and genuinely has your back, I’d definitely recommend Candler Moore and The Ginther Group. Would work with her again in a heartbeat.
Layne did a great job listening to what I was looking for and helping me to be aware of some issues. I value her knowledge. She guided me through making a choice that fit my needs. The home inspector she chose also helped me to see good and bad things that I may have overlooked. This was a fantastic buying experience. I highly recommend Layne Johnson and the home inspector that she chose. I hope to have the house that I am leaving ready for market soon, and I will ask Layne to represent me in the selling process.
