absolutely loved my treatments from nurse dawn. she is so so lovely and listens to any concerns or worries and is always so kind and gentle when carrying out treatments. only thing i would say is that the times I have been in, the other women who have been at reception could atleast acknowledge a customer has walked in and not just huff and look like I’ve ruined their day.
Dawn went above and beyond what I expected, even recommending a menopause doctor. Her knowledge and passion for what she does are exactly what I’ve been looking for; not sales-oriented, she cares deeply about her work. Dawn also gave me advice and recommended a product for my son’s acne. Where have you been, Dawn!? You are a Godsend to me!
My first visit to the Skin Goddess, and Nurse Dawn. She was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and highly experienced in her industry. She gave me some great advice about the latest procedures and products to suit me. 5 stars 🌟
My Hydra-facial done by Kristy was fantastic! Calm, clean space. She explained everything and answered all my questions. My skin looks great. Would definitely come back when I am back in town.

The clinic has such a welcoming and professional atmosphere, and putting myself in Nurse Dawn’s hands has truly been the best decision. She is knowledgeable, attentive, and really takes the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel completely comfortable and confident throughout.
