I always have a great experience with The Grooming Loft by Sophie. It is quick and easy to get an appointment, our most recent one she got my dog in the same day! I have been to both the Lakewood and Rocky River locations and have had great experiences at both. All of the staff are super friendly and keep me updated throughout the grooming process. I have a doodle and his cuts always look super cute!
Sophie did a wonderful job grooming my dogs! They were clean, smelled nice and had the most adorable bows and handkerchief. She goes above and beyond to make sure you’re happy!
I’ve known Sophie for awhile and it’s so amazing watching her growth and the growth of her business!! Eric is super friendly and Kendra is the bees knees!! Hands down best groomer that has ever touched any of my babies coats!! Kendra is also amazing with fun coloring! My golden retriever Layla just got some of the cutest flowers colored on her fur that give off the most adorable scooby-doo vibe!! I will never go anywhere else!! They’re the best! I’m sure everyone else that works there is awesome as well, I just haven’t met them yet!!
