Fantastic communication and same day service for frozen pipes on the weekend. John made sure to explain every step of his diagnostic process and then recommended (and installed) a mechanism to prevent this from happening again. Both John and his apprentice were professional and courteous. Support local!
We hired John the Plumber for the plumbing work on one of our projects at CION Design and Renovation, and he’s been solid from start to finish. He’s reliable, shows up on time, and actually thinks beyond the usual “standard” solutions most trades stick to. A good example: we had a side table that we wanted to turn into a custom vanity. Instead of pushing us toward a ready-made unit, John figured out the plumbing in a way that kept the design intact. The result looks intentional and clean
My kitchen faucet's hot handle is broken. I want to change the whole faucet system. John picked up my call, provided an initial estimate, options, and a service time range. He called before arriving, very pleasant/ personable in person, and professionally introduced himself and his apprentice. I was presented with faucet options, selected the faucet brand to be installed and made aware of pricing. They efficiently changed the faucet, ensured everything is functional, finished quality workmanship, and cleaned after completion. Call to service completion was done in a day. I am highly satisfied in the overall service Thus, I recommend this for all plumbing needs. 10/28/2025 Edit: I was happy from a recent job completion and availed their services again. They replaced and reconnected my downspout, sealed outdoor drain, and attached a drain tube from the downspout. They were consistently professional and pleasant throughout the process. I uploaded a completion picture for reference.
From our first contact to the completion of our dishwasher install Ryan displayed a commitment to diligence. He was patient with my many questions and was willing to explain everything to me. He took his time to ensure that all aspects of the install were correct and complete. He cleaned up after himself and even though the job had a few surprises he stayed calm and pressed on. We really appreciated the quick service and were extremely happy with the quick response time. Ryan was here with in the hour of my new dishwasher being delivered. Thanks again Ryan and John.
Earlier today my hot water pressure was low, almost nothing. I called Hamilton Plumber, was well supported and provided excellent customer service. I spoke with Lois who was very positive and very helpful. John called me 20 minutes later. He provided a detailed quote (great price for the work) while also troubleshooting and helping me understand the issue. Which I appreciated greatly. He was supportive and genuinely wanted to help. He was authentic and honest. I'm glad I called him. Support local and call Hamilton Plumber. That is who I use and will in the future. Consider this review a referral for their work and services.
