I worked with Denise to buy a house during the spring and summer of 2025, and she was phenomenal. We worked with Christina Cuevas Pearson to buy our first home, and could not have picked a better real estate agent. With Christina's help we were able to achieve our dream of buying an affordable but historic starter home in the Fan. The journey took a lot of work on Christina's end.. multiple showings, navigating the post home-inspection negotiation and getting our fixes handled by the seller, and lots of quick communication. When my husband and I reflected on our home-buying experience, Christina stood out as the glue that held it all together. We are now just over 2 months into owning the house and Christina continues to be a guiding resource to us as we do cosmetic renovations on the house and make it our own.
