I've been coming to Varn since 2018, when I first met him for a basic ring resize which he turned around in less than an hour. That first experience, coupled with his energetic personality turned into complete trust, and ever since I've taken all my jewellery to him: everything from routine maintenance and small repairs, to sourcing specific stones, right through to designing and making some really special pieces – most importantly my engagement and wedding rings. Those rings still get me compliments years later, and I was super pleased when a couple of multi-generation bench jewellers in Hatton Garden asked to see them and commented that the workmanship and attention to detail were genuinely outstanding. What I love most is that Varn really thinks about how a piece will feel on the hand every single day and how it will hold up to be passed down through generations. He's a wizard at solving problems you didn't even realise you had, his prices are always fair, and even though he's in demand he always gives me realistic timescales I can count on. Hands down my go-to jeweller, I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
Amazing customer service and quality of work! Varn fixed my broken engagement ring so quickly so I could have it back on the same day! The ring was perfect when I picked it up and beautiful once again. He cleaned and polished the ring beautifully as well as fixing it (I had bent it slightly), my ring feels brand new. Amazing quality and brilliant prices. Will definitely be my go to store in Sydney now. Thank you so much!
Varn did an outstanding job fixing my missing clasp, restoring my piece to perfect condition with incredible care. He was able to do it on the spot and colour matched the necklace to the clasp. Honestly the best service I’ve ever received in Sydney! I needed to get my favourite necklace fixed, it was a birthday gift from friends and such a sentimental thing for me, I had been looking around Sydney for a decent place. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, were able to fix my necklace so quickly less than a couple of minutes! The best customer service, staff and store will definitely be my go to in future! The owner (I believe) was so lovely and such a gent. From now on I wouldn’t go anywhere else besides here. Thank you so much guys! Absolutely made my day ☺️
