Beth was great! My mom and soon to be stepdad and I just went to go look for rings with no appointment made just looking. Beth stepped in and helped us look for the right ring for my mom. She showed us a lot that was definitely in our price range. My mom is legally blind. Beth definitely had patience explained everything to us let her feel them and we found the ring and paid for it and picked it up a day before the original day of pick up. She had great conversation just overall great customer service. I can’t wait to send her photos of the wedding. Thanks Beth!

NOW, here are the reasons why I wanted you to LISTEN UP. The JEWELRY CENTER offers a professional and comfortable shopping experience. The merchandise is beautifully arranged and the Jewelry Specialists are knowledgeable. They take time to listen to costumer's needs, including special requests and preferred price ranges, without pushing towards higher priced items. There is also an impressive variety of jewelry to choose from. The jewelry is thoughtfully presented, and all questions are thoroughly answered. Before finalizing any purchase, the full agreement is reviewed in detail, ensuring full transparency and customer understanding and satisfaction. OH, and yes, my wife has shopped at THE JEWELRY CENTER and totally agrees with this review. You now know why I wanted you to LISTEN UP. So get on over to The Jewelry Center, located at 7477 W. The Jewelry Center has a beautiful assortment of jewelry, with many stunning pieces to choose from. The experience was made especially wonderful by Patty, who is truly phenomenal. She is extremely knowledgeable and was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the process of deciding what to purchase. Patty took the time to answer all my questions and offered thoughtful insight, making the entire experience enjoyable and comfortable. She is a pleasure to work with, and I would highly recommend working with her when visiting the Jewelry Center.
NICKEL AND DIME SPECIALISTS! These people are dishonest and shady to say the least. It’s OBVIOUS they pick and choose who they cater to, with the blank stares from 5 employees and a hesitant greeting, the few times I’ve been here. You can tell what type of people they are by their responses to the negative reviews. Sarcastic, condescending professionalism at its finest. Battery replacement on Rado Swiss and didn’t even set the time nor date, about a month ago. Took my daughter’s Techno in today for replacement battery and the whole experience just made me walk out, from the delayed greeting to the jibber-jabber reasons why this watch would be maximum price. Time Square is cheaper in the mall 3 blocks away and better customer service. -Used car salesman attitudes with pawn shop quality jewelry and service here. Spend your money elsewhere!
I brought in a very sentimental ring that my mother gave me, which was missing both sapphires and diamonds. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and guided me through all the options to restore and upgrade the ring. They were kind, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. When I picked up the ring, I was absolutely blown away. It was beyond anything I could have imagined. The craftsmanship was flawless, and they truly brought the ring back to life. I’m so grateful to have such a meaningful piece restored so beautifully. The work was done quickly, and everyone I interacted with was pleasant and professional. I can’t recommend them enough! I wish I had a before picture. It was seriously damaged.
