Absolutely perfect service from Oleg. I dropped off a watch that my husband bought me for our anniversary and vow renewal several years ago. It has one of those mesh bands, which can sometimes come loose and start catching on clothing and scratching. Oleg was able to repair the band and it looks brand new. The second item he repaired was my husband‘s watch. An anniversary gift from me, for some reason after having the battery replaced a year ago it stopped working and we were worried that maybe the mechanism was to blame. He gave it a great service, replaced the battery and not only does it look like new, it seems to be functioning perfectly. The last piece of jewelry I needed serviced was my original wedding set. Putting it on and taking it off was giving me a callus on my ring finger which meant that it was too tight. I had it sized up and it looks beautiful - not only did they size it up properly, they did a rhodium plate and checked all of the prongs and stones to make sure that they were tight. Since this piece of jewelry does not have a warranty any longer, having someone with experience to service it Is a bonus. From now on this is where we will be taking our watches and jewelry for repairs.

I went into The Jewelry Hospital to get two bracelets resized, and a few rings repolished. Oleg is phenomenal! His craftsmanship and professionalism are exceptional. The way he handled each piece shows that he understands that they are not just pieces of metal but sentimental objects to you. The store itself was immaculate and inviting. When I received the pieces back he did a beautiful job on them. They look new again and you can never tell that the bracelets were resized. He takes great pride in his work, as he should. I would recommend anyone needing work done on their jewelry to go into The Jewelry Hospital.
Oleg repaired my inexpensive but pretty earring, and it's like new! He takes great pride in his work. He also fixed another one for me in about two minutes! I love his attitude towards small jobs. He understands that most jewelry has sentimental value to the owner. Bring your jewelry here for repair. You will be blown away by the quality of work and very fair prices, too.
