I started coming here because of lower back and tailbone pain. As a flight attendant, my back takes a beating in the jump seat and just the other physical aspects of my job. It had gotten to a point where I couldn't even sit comfortably for my 45min commuter flight. I've been going there for 6mo and I'm happy to say I'm pain free! I still have my monthly membership because I feel strongly that it's something you have to continue doing; it's routine maintenance like going to your dentist or primary care. I love Dr. Matt Wise and his team - no matter which chiropractor I get, they take care of me. They also help me with my sinuses, too! It's always such a friendly experience when I visit and I would recommend it to anyone!
I was incredibly skeptical coming in for my first-ever chiropractic visit, but my experience was wonderful from start to finish. Dr. Kalm immediately put me at ease and made me feel completely comfortable. He took the time to educate me thoroughly on what was happening, which was hugely reassuring. During the more intense adjustments, his ability to distract me was brilliant! For my second visit, I saw Dr. Matt, and he was equally fantastic. He was very friendly and made sure I felt completely comfortable throughout the entire process. He was quick, efficient, and clearly assured that my overall treatment plan was being followed correctly. Thank you both for providing such professional and reassuring care! I highly recommend this practice, especially for first-timers who might be feeling skeptical or nervous.
This was probably the worst chiropractic experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been to several other joint locations and I’ve never had a problem. I didn’t feel that this chiropractor at this location on the day that I went did a very good job on getting me the relief that I needed. Also, they tried to get me to sign up for a six pack plan where if you look at the upfront cost, and then the cost per visit ends up being more expensive than if you just pay the per visit cost.
Very clean and professional, the receptionist was very nice and helpful and provided me with great information and customer service. The Doctor was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. This was my first time ever seeing a chiropractor and he made sure that I understood what he was doing. I highly recommend this place.
One of the best chiropractors that I have been to ever. He was very professional. He did a full evaluation and did an excellent job, adjusting my neck and lower back.
