I visited this location on December 17 after seeing a $29 promotional sign in the window. When I asked about the special, the pricing discussion left me with the understanding that signing up for a membership with recurring charges would be involved, so I decided not to proceed at that time. I recommend confirming the full details of any promotions before signing up.
Very misleading and does not explain fully how their “monthly subscription “ works, I was not aware that I was even in a subscription and they billed my card without consent for $80 while I still had one visit left that I bought originally. I thought I bought a bundle pack no one ever told me there was a renewal. I will not be back due to the lack of information. I have asked for a refund several times and was denied
I'm completely satisfied with my first appointment. They were very professional, answered every question, and it was so quick no long waiting period. She LITERALLY DID EVERY SPOT THAT I HAVE PROBLEMS with!! I got up feeling like a new person!!! I'm sold and can't wait until my next session. The fact that they are very affordable and provide that level of care I strongly recommend them to ANYONE 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👌🏾.
Been having back pain for years, great to know nothing major is going on, currently going to get adjusted. Dr. Autumn was amazing, very thorough and explained everything. I felt great after 1 adjustment. Prices are awesome!
Everything has been great so far! (Newer customer) but from the first time I was there I felt very informed and welcome. Dr. Burns is friggin awesome! After two adjustments I already feel relief and more movement in my neck and shoulders. Really glad I started coming here!
