I made an appointment for my 3 year old son while I’m 38 weeks pregnant. My appointment was for 12:15 and I called ahead to tell them I was running a few minutes late. I walked in at 12:20 and they refused to see me. Claimed THEY called me to tell me they canceled my appointment because of their policy. It was heartbreaking that my son sat there and cried and they people who worked there could care less. How can a place claim they are for children and do something like this to parents?!? DO NOT GO HERE.
Amazing first hair cut experience for our son! Laura did a great job with our son’s hair cut. She was amazing with him and his hair came out looking so cute! The first hair cut package is adorable! You get photos, a little certificate with their hair clippings and few free goodies. We will definitely be back for all future hair cuts for our son.
I’ve taken my toddler here twice and have been very happy both times. They have a wonderful set up and he instantly felt comfortable. There are salons closer to my home but Little Blue Jay has been worth the drive!
We went to Little Blue Jay for our (almost) two year old son’s first real haircut and had the *best* experience. Laura cut his hair and made him feel comfortable immediately with her warm energy and incredibly kind demeanor. It was the sweetest ambience and setup — and we left with an adorable new haircut. My only regret is not going sooner! It was just a beautiful experience all the way around. Highly HIGHLY recommend this sweet children’s salon and Laura. She is amazing!
I took my 10 year old daughter for a haircut and was so pleased with the results. She felt like a big girl on the chair. The appointment was made online, and we had no wait when we got there, although there were other kids there getting their haircut. Carleigh was very good and sweet, and I felt I could tell her how I wanted the haircut, and she gave me her input and advice. Thank you so much for a wonderful time for my girl.
