I love coming to The Loft, it is my spa day! Jordon is amazing, and not only has she helped me get the look I have been wanting to try for years, she has also made my hair softer then it has ever been!! I live off Dixie Hwy and I happily make the drive every 6 weeks.
I just moved to the area, and I knew my hair would be due for touch up the week of my wedding. As any woman knows, finding a new hair person can be really scary! I found Karley on Instagram and her work looked almost identical to my hair person back in Michigan - not to mention they also use Kevin Murphy products which are the BEST. Karley was extremely professional, attentive, and took her time. She immediately put me at ease. I have to say, my hair came out GORGEOUS just in time for my wedding on Saturday. I couldn’t be happier. I’ve already rebooked with Karley and highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for that beautiful “instagram” hair and for a fun and professional hair artist! Thank you Karley!!!!
Karley did my hair and I absolutely LOVE it. I provided a photo reference but let her take control. Never been happier with the baby lights and toner she used, and the cut is exactly what I wanted. Not to mention, she's super cute and friendly. She also explained everything she was doing and products she was using which made me feel at ease. Will be coming back to see her and recommend you do too!
As a first time client of Jenna’s, I was impressed with how quickly she assessed my hair and with the time she spent giving me a haircut that looked great and stayed great after the first wash. I returned for a balayage, and again, she was so easy to communicate with about my goal, and the execution was simply beautiful!
Brynna did such an amazing job on my hair!! I walked away extremely satisfied and will definitely continue to use this salon (Brynna specifically) for my hair needs. The products used were great, she was a pleasure to talk to and made me feel so comfortable for my first time in her chair. If you’re looking for a chill but professional salon that will work with you to achieve your hair goals, this is it.
